This policy is not final. It still contains template fields that will be completed before Lot 001 ships. Anything in square brackets below is a placeholder, not a statement of fact. For anything you need confirmed in the meantime, contact us and we will answer directly.

Terms of service
Last updated August 17, 2026
The agreement between you and us when you browse this site or buy from it. Plain language where plain language is possible; precise where it has to be.
Who we are
This store is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a Wyoming LLC registered under number [COMPANY NUMBER] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], trading as Cofactor Supply. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that entity. “You” means the person browsing or ordering.
We are the seller of record for everything sold here. Our payment processor handles the transaction but is not the seller, and your contract for the goods is with us.
These terms
By placing an order or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when that was. Changes are never applied backwards to an order we have already accepted.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm both.
What these products are
These products are dietary supplements. They are foods, not medicines, and they are regulated as foods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
We describe what is in the bottle and what the published literature says about the compound. We do not tell you what it will do for you, because we do not know, and anyone who claims otherwise about a supplement is guessing or selling.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing on it is a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to one before starting any supplement — and particularly before starting one if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, managing a health condition, or scheduled for surgery.
Supplements interact with medicines. Some of the compounds we sell have well-documented interactions. If you take anything prescribed, check with the person who prescribed it rather than with us.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product and seek medical attention. Then tell us at support@cofactorsupply.com, because we are required to keep records of adverse event reports and we want them.
Labels, doses and how to use them
Follow the serving size on the label. More is not better and several of these compounds have a ceiling above which the only additional effect is a cost and a risk. Keep supplements out of reach of children.
We print the amount of active per capsule on the front panel, and the full panel is shown on every product page as it is printed. If what arrives does not match what the page showed, that is a fault and we will replace it — tell us at support@cofactorsupply.com.
Competition and testing
If you compete under an anti-doping code, do not assume any supplement is cleared for you. We do not hold batch certification from a sport-testing programme, and we will tell you so plainly rather than let you infer otherwise from the word “tested” used about something else.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you check out and not when payment is authorised.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we cannot verify payment, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we do, we refund anything already taken in full and owe you nothing further.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and exclude delivery unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
Sales tax, VAT and import duties are applied where the law requires and are shown at checkout where we are able to calculate them. Where we cannot — typically on international orders — they are collected by the carrier or the destination customs authority, and they are yours to pay.
Payment is taken by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, you remain liable for the goods.
Obvious errors
If a price or description is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, a product listed at a fraction of its cost — we are not required to honour it, even after we have accepted the order. We will tell you and refund in full rather than ship at an error price.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Dispatch times, delivery estimates, the returns window and the refund process are set out on our shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, to abuse promotions or returns, or in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- buy for resale without our written agreement;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the site beyond ordinary browsing, or attempt to circumvent rate limits;
- probe, scan or test the security of the site, or try to access an account or order that is not yours;
- upload anything malicious, or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing;
- misrepresent the products, or use our name or marks to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The site, its copy, photography, label artwork, design and code are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Reviews and anything else you post
If you submit a review, a photo or any other content, you keep ownership of it and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the products and our marketing.
You confirm that the content is yours to give, that it is honest, and that any person shown in a photo has agreed to appear. We may decline or remove content, but we do not edit a review to change what it says. We do not pay for reviews and we do not filter by rating.
Third-party sites and services
Where we link to another site or rely on a third-party service, we are not responsible for its content, its terms or its privacy practices. Read them yourself.
Disclaimer of warranties
We supply the products with reasonable care and skill and we stand behind what is printed on the label. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that any product will produce a particular result for you.
Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that the law does not allow us to exclude. Where your local consumer law gives you rights that go further than these terms, those rights apply and this section does not cut them down.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, however caused.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If your jurisdiction does not allow some of the exclusions above, they do not apply to you and our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submitted.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control — carrier failure, extreme weather, industrial action, supply interruption, a regulatory hold, or an outage at a service we depend on. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected part of the order for a full refund.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
If you live somewhere whose consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim locally, this section does not take that right away.
Before starting a formal claim, email us at support@cofactorsupply.com. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about an order and are resolved the same week.
General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stay in force. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours on a sale or reorganisation of the business, without reducing your rights.
These terms, together with the shipping, privacy and cookie policies they reference, are the whole agreement between us about their subject matter.
