What’s inside
One dose, taken apart.
Most supplements hide their actives inside a proprietary blend. This bottle has four facts in it — and they are all on the label.

Supplement Facts, in full.
Not a summary and not a graphic. The panel as it is printed, with one active, its amount per serving, and an explicit line for everything else.

What’s in the bottle
One compound, declared.
Each capsule delivers 120 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate — magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. One compound, one dose, printed on the front panel.

How to use it
Three things, then forget about it.
-
01
Take it
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
-
02
Keep it simple
One compound at a time means one variable at a time. Change one thing and you can tell what did it.
-
03
Store it right
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct light. Leave the desiccant in the bottle and keep the cap closed.
What we can and can’t tell you
The arithmetic is certain. The timeline isn’t.

What we won’t put a number on
When you will notice something, and whether you will at all.
We have not run a trial on this product. Published research is on the compound, in a particular population, at a particular dose — not on this bottle and not on you. Anyone printing “feel it in seven days” without a study behind it is guessing, and we would rather be the brand that says so.
If nothing changes, that is a real result too: it means this wasn’t your limiting factor. One bottle is a cheap way to find that out.
The full list
Other ingredients: none.
Not a shortened list. The whole list. One active compound, the capsule that holds it, and nothing added for volume, colour or flavour.
We don’t flavour anything, because flavouring is fillers you didn’t ask for.

Capsule is smaller than I expected, which I appreciate. The glycinate form sits better with me than the oxide one I was using before.
Switched over from a blend that had magnesium buried somewhere in it. Being able to read 120 mg elemental on the front panel is the whole reason I bought this one.
Bought this after working out that my old bottle listed four things and a total weight. One compound at a stated dose is easier to reason about, even if it means buying more bottles.
No complaint about the quality and the label is precisely as described. Three stars because 90 capsules at one a day is three months, and at this price I would rather have the option of a larger count.
I build my own stack, so this is exactly what I want: one compound, one dose, no proprietary blend hiding twelve things at 2 mg each.
Questions
Frequently asked
Common questions about Magnesium Glycinate
What does single-ingredient actually mean?
One active compound per bottle, at one dose, printed on the front panel. No proprietary blends, no undisclosed filler amounts, no second active hiding behind a trademarked name.
Do you publish test results?
Not yet. No lot has been produced, so there is nothing to test. Independent testing begins with Lot 001, and each lot's certificate will be linked from its product page and findable by the lot code printed on the bottle. Until then, everything we claim is printed on the front panel and can be checked by reading it.
Why is the dose on the front of the label?
Because it is the number that decides whether a product does anything. Putting it on the front removes the choice to bury it.
When can I actually order?
Not yet. Lot 001 has not been produced, so nothing can ship and we are not taking card payments — that is why the buy button is a notify form. Leave an email and you will hear from us the day stock lands, with the shipping timetable at that point.
